Rehearsals

We are rapidly running out of time - Only one rehearsal this week - Wednesday. Will have rehearsals every day, yes, EVERY DAY next week and until 8:00 p.m. I am really becoming very concerned. Wednesday, I want to go from the beginning of the play to the end non-stop. If someone is not there, then their lines will be read, or the music will play without them. I must get a timing - I think I'm at about 2 hours - too long! I will probably have to cut a scene, or two - even though the programmes are in printing. Hmmm
